National Homegoing Celebration | 10 am - 2 pm

Attire Suggestion:

The family welcomes those in attendance to wear the following:

   *  Clergy - Civic attire (Please utilize the appropriate shirt for PAW licensing)

   *  Men - Dark suits

   *  Ladies - White with accents of silver or blush. Ladies are also welcome to wear a hat in honor of Mother Brooks, as this was one of her trademarks.

Interment and Repass:

Mother L. Janice Brooks will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in New Haven, CT immediately following the National Homegoing Celebration. A repass will follow the interment. Repass details are forthcoming.

Scholarship Support

The family of Mother Brooks kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers or plants, donations be made towards “The Bishop Theodore Brooks and Mother L. Janice Brooks Scholarship”. Donations can be made to Beulah Heights Church via Givelify.
